The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for informational and culinary inspiration purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice.

3. AI and Dietary Disclaimer

While our algorithms strive for accuracy, users are solely responsible for ensuring the safety and edibility of the ingredients they consume. LumaPlate AI and playclustercentrl.com hold no liability for allergic reactions, foodborne illnesses resulting from spoiled ingredients, or inaccuracies in recipe generation.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. You may cancel your Subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle.

5. User Data and Content

You retain rights to any data you submit to the Service. By using the app, you grant us permission to use, process, and store the imagery (fridge scans) to improve our machine learning models, strictly in an anonymized format.
